Kriya Dee is formulated by a Canadian and made with the help of his Thai friends.

Always Holistic

Having started meditation at a young age, the Canadian formulator has spent his entire life learning about and living a holistic life.

Over the years, he has encountered many great teachers and influencers from herbalists to homeopaths. From feng shui masters to very wise swamis.

One of his great teachers was Swami Vivekananda who taught him the power of karma yoga. As a result, we can only work honestly so as not to create bad karma.

Although he has had many experiences and teachers, his greatest joy has been his life long dedication to the health and well–being of dogs and cats.

In his early 20's, he began teaching people how to take care of their dogs and cats using a holistic approach. His emphasis was on feeding a wholesome and natural diet. In 1995 he wrote a book entitled Pets Need Wholesome Food Also.

In 2006 he moved to the Philippines where he established a cat sanctuary. He then began rescuing dogs and cats from the streets and gave them a home. He took unhealthy street dogs and cats and made them healthy to everyone's surprise.

While he no longer actively teaches, he still assists whenever a person has questions regarding their dogs and cats.

His dream though is to rescue more dogs and cats, but this time in Thailand.

One of the cats he rescued in the Philippines, that he loved very much, was named Kriya.

Kriya Dee is named in honour of this very special cat who touched his heart and lifted his spirit to a place of eternal love.

Kriya Yoga

Kriya is a sanskrit word that means an action has been completed.

In yoga, the highest form of karmic action that one can perform is to lift their kundalini energy up and into to the 9th center known as the sahasrara center. The 9th center is also referred to as the thousand petaled lotus and is located at the top of the head.

When you look at one of our labels or website on a tablet or computer, you will notice there is a vertical box with an individual meditating in the lotus position.

The person meditating in the lotus position represents the thousand petaled lotus.

This vertical box represents the cold kundalini energy going up the spine to the head where it mixes with the hot passions and desires.

After the kundalini energy mixes with the passions and desires, the warm energy goes back down to the base of the spine where it is cooled and then subsequently disappears. This action helps burn 1 year of karma in 30 seconds.

Kriya can be described in many ways. But we like to say it means to live with the highest ideals of love, compassion and empathy. To only do good and to do everything with the highest level of spiritual love.

Morning Ritual

This was a morning ritual between Kriya and Prana.

Both Kriya and Prana were rescued from the streets of the Philippines. You can see, by looking at them, how healthy they look. That's the power of a holistic approach to health.
